2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Submit genuine and valid documents.

Cooperate promptly when additional information is required.

Ensure that all information provided complies with applicable laws.

BM INFOTECH is not responsible for delays or rejection of applications caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client.

3. Fees and Payments

Service fees must be paid as agreed before processing begins unless otherwise specified.

Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, and third-party charges are separate unless explicitly mentioned.

Payments once made are generally non-refundable after the work has commenced.

4. Processing Time

Service completion timelines depend on government authorities and third-party organizations. BM INFOTECH will make reasonable efforts to complete services promptly but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only if:

The service has not yet been initiated.

BM INFOTECH is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons within its control.

No refund will be provided for:

Government fees or statutory charges.

Rejected applications due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client.

Services already completed or substantially performed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of BM INFOTECH and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BM INFOTECH shall not be liable for:

Any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Certain services may involve government portals, payment gateways, domain registrars, hosting providers, or other third-party service providers. BM INFOTECH is not responsible for the performance, policies, or decisions of such third parties.
